The Matrix Standard Accreditation Funding Programme is provided and administered by the Greater Merseyside Advancement Prototype (Advance).
Advance has secured some additional funding via the City Employment Strategy initiative and Pathways Enabling Project to capacity-build the Greater Merseyside Advancement Network and is in a position to financially support a maximum of 35 voluntary and community organisations to gain the Matrix National Standard for information and advice on learning and work.
It is hoped the programme will serve to effectively increase the number of Matrix Standard accredited organisations across Greater Merseyside by almost 200% and, potentially, enable organisations to access a range of funding previously not available to them.
